POLICIES
At House of Hamilton Aesthetics, all treatments are carried out with a strong focus on safety, professionalism, and client care. Please read the following policies carefully before booking.
DEPOSITS
A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Details will be provided upon booking.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in your appointment being released.
Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit
Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in loss of your deposit
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require full payment upfront for future bookings
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time
If you are significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit retained
CONSULTATIONS & CONSENT
All treatments are subject to consultation.
You will be required to:
complete a medical history form
provide informed consent prior to treatment
This is essential to ensure treatments are safe, suitable, and carried out in your best interest.
SUITABILITY
All treatments are carried out following professional assessment.
House of Hamilton Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is not deemed safe, appropriate, or in the client’s best interest.
PATCH TESTING
Certain treatments may require a patch test prior to your appointment (e.g. lash, brow, or specific skin treatments).
Patch tests must be completed at least 24 - 48 hours before treatment.
Failure to attend a required patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled.
PRESCRIPTION-ONLY TREATMENTS
Some treatments (including anti-wrinkle injections) require a prescription following consultation with a qualified prescriber.
Where required, this will be arranged as part of your treatment process prior to your appointment.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Certain treatments, including injectable treatments, are strictly 18+ only.
Valid identification may be required.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Results vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, no specific results can be guaranteed.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Before and after photographs may be taken for clinical records and to monitor progress.
Images will only be used for marketing purposes with your consent.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are responsible for:
providing accurate and honest medical information
following all pre- and post-treatment advice
raising any concerns promptly
Failure to follow advice may affect results and healing.
